We are a two member pre-revenue bootstrapped startup. We formed a Deleware C Corp using Gust Launch and are currently in early product development (Saas). I am a U.S. citizen and my co-founder is in Croatia. We are seeking advice for a foreign co-founder, specifically regarding 83(b) election, and other general tax planning strategies considering our situation. We would like to build a relationship with a firm to assist with other corporate needs as we grow.
