***30 hours a week is required and technology experience is a MUST*** The client is looking for an interim VP to assist and manage the “full cycle” of transactional execution including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing & formulating financial analysis & assisting in the execution & closing of transactions. The client offers the opportunity for Vice the VP to assist in & take more of a lead role in the execution of M&A & capital raising transactions than typical for this level at other firms.
Desired Skills & Experience
•1-2 years of investment banking experience at the Vice President (or other industry experience that provides similar desired skills)
•Excellent written & verbal communication skills including experience in drafting management presentations and confidential information memorandums as well as the ability to develop a rapport with “C” level clients
