Finance & Accounting - M&A Transaction Readiness
We are a PE firm looking for an interim investment banker (Associate / VP level) to help with a variety of FP&A tasks for a $30-60M revenue private equity-backed digital imaging information and research company in the New York City area.
Engagement will have three phases over the next 5+ months:
1) Develop 8-10 pieces of key financial, operational and industry analytics. Will require 40 hours/week for 3-4 weeks starting in mid-November.
2) Work with Company CFO to scrub and aggregate key company data. Will require 40 hours/week for 2-4 weeks starting in January.
3) Continuous review and quality assurance of Company five year financial model currently being developed.
Role requires significant data analysis, often with disparate data sets that require meaningful cleansing. Individual should be an expert at excel, experience in small businesses and a very high attention to detail.
Most of work can be done from home but we strongly prefer candidates local to NYC area.
