Interim Controller / CFO for Company Wind-Down

We are in the process of winding down a number of specialty finance companies we own that have either sold or ceased operations. Substantially all of the employees have either found other jobs or moved with the sales of the assets. We need an interim Controller / CFO to come in and bring everything to an orderly conclusion: tax returns, document archiving, final books of record, company dissolutions, etc. We anticipate this assignment will take 4 – 6 months. This is in Arlington, TX (DFW area).

Candidates must be based in DFW area to be considered.
