Urgent: need your feedback in next 24 hours, ideally, though could certainly accept applicants over next week. Analyze integration synergy opportunities in support of Partner in a large scale merger. Prior experience in M&A integration work, expense reduction, financial services especially banking, insurance (Life & Health, Property & Casualty, Specialty) all helpful, whether as a consultant or as a part of corporate staff. Please detail out these parts of your experience, if you have it. This work would be to plan out integration actions and savings between signing date of deal and deal close, when implementation would start. Likely one or two months, possibly more. Intensive effort, full time commitment when 'on'. Engagement not yet secured, but already working with client; should know in next couple of weeks and would like to line up one or two qualified individuals to help.
