inDinero seeks an experienced Integration leader for a temporary, 3-month contract role to oversee the integration of newly acquired businesses and coordinate due diligence processes for prospective acquisitions. This position ensures the deployment of inDinero’s integration process at all stages, from pre-acquisition planning through post-acquisition execution and reporting. The Integration Manager reports to the VP of Corporate Development, and will work closely alongside the Manager of Accounting Integrations. You’re a utility player, which means you are a project leader, you can act as financial analyst and due diligence expert, and you can also see through execution tasks post-acquisition.

Experience with project management, acquisition integrations, and operations. Accounting knowledge a plus. Preferred Background
