Fractional CFO / 2019 Strategic Planner for Graphic Design Firm

I am interested in part-time financial consulting / CFO services. My graphic design firm has grown from 5 to 10 people in the last year and I find myself getting out of my comfort zone as far as strategic planning and budgeting now that I have real "departments" emerging. I'd welcome advice on planning 2019's budget and key metrics to evaluate as we consider future growth and staffing decisions.
