I'm in the process of raising a private equity fund. I"m looking for a consultant to help me think through what the firm would look like. e.g., Right now we have a managing partner and 2 analysts. We're looking to hire a CFO, operating partners, and potentially another associate or two. In addition, i'd like to think through operating methodology, how we'll work with portfolio companies, value added frameworks, and operating methodology.
