We are a start-up company designed to provide HOA (Home Owner Association) servicing to larger owner operators of large portfolios of single family homes with the intent to rent to families (SFR) on a long term basis. Approximately 60 to 70% of SFR portfolios are in HOA subdivisions and it represents approximately 6% of the company's expenses to operate the properties and is very important to improving company operating margins. Most sizable operators are inefficient, keep poor records and inaccurate documentation, and are paying exceptionally large fines for non-compliance with a multitude of violations on a monthly basis. We are offering to provide third party servicing to step in to take over such servicing for a monthly/annual fee with a goal of reducing the overall cost of HOA . We have modelled cash flows and projected revenue but we need to quantify and graphically present the potential savings from outsourcing this service vs their internally operating this function.
