We are a Licensed Cannabis Producer based in Canada seeking a financial modelling expert to help go over our Cap table and share structure, and advise on Runway model.
We already completed the ground work around a business plan/executive summaries, we just need someone with the expertise to go over our cap table, operating expenses, etc.
Estimating around 5-10 hours of work but would like to speak with candidates to help us asses time commitment.
