Financial Model for Services Company

Need finance/accounting help who is proficient in Quickbooks to further develop a financial pro forma model. The accounting has been done on a tax basis thus far in Quickbooks, we need to see the reporting on a GAAP basis and to be married to the pro forma model (also on GAAP basis). The tax-based accounting assumed very little capitalization of assets - we need to change that for this new model, as well as assume certain outstanding debt liabilities are converted to equity. The services company has 11 months of operating history and we want to project out 4 years into the future for income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow reports. Will likely need further cash flow analysis done.
