We need a full financial model in preparation for a Series A fundraising round.
The model needs three statements as well as components specific to fundraising - cap table, IRR, etc. Generally we need a deliverable that we can discuss with top VCs without any red flags.
Our company develops smart toys, but will also sell additional accessories and digital content. So the right consultant needs to have extensive experience and understanding in modeling a company that does both hardware and digital products. The hardware side of things will require an understanding of how to deal with inventory and capital investments.
