Financial Model for Manufacturing Company Acquistion

Need help building a simple model for a manufacturing business that we are acquiring. We have a basic operating 3 statement model, but we need to layer in a more complicated capital structure than what is currently built. Essentially we are looking to model a subordinated debt structure with warrants, and we ultimately want to be able to build an IRR table for both the debt and equity holders at various exit years and EBITDA multiples.
