Financial Advisor for PortCo Merger

In the process of add-on acquisition for one of our portfolio companies. Transaction will be considered a merger because current owners of target will retain ownership in merged entity. We will be utilizing bank debt. We need a model that values both companies, incorporates bank debt, shows post merger equity holdings, and has flexibility to project merged company operating and financial performance based on different synergies.
