Feasibility Study on Establishing a FINRA member BD for a Foreign Bank Group.

Need a consultant that has experience in establishing domestic stock brokerage firms (FINRA/SEC) that are part of a multi-national group. Specifically, stated a foreign banking group is desirous of establishing a US domiciled broker dealer to capture business and brokerage services being performed by outside groups. The group would like a feasibility study performed to analysis the pros and cons of establishing an affiliated US broker dealer to act as an accommodating business for its foreign clients (retail brokerage services) and for institutional trading services for foreign institutions.
