Europe-based Sales Coach for Global Life Sciences Firm

Looking for an experienced sales coach to join our global training team. Specifically, we're looking for someone with field experience and a training background (either as a manager or specific trainer/coach) who can work directly with our reps to encourage adoption our methodologies, improve customer engagement, and identify best practices.

Ideal profile is someone who is fluent in consultative/strategic selling, has spent time at a firm like Richardson, and has a life sciences (pharma/med device) background. This role will require a decent amount of travel, but we are looking for candidates local to either the UK or Germany.

Please note that we are only interested in candidates who are open to a full time engagement.
