We are a new company and need to fulfill the following due diligence checklist items. Some tasks would be for an attorney and others for an accountant. We'd love to hire one or two professionals to help us with one or more of these tasks. Price and hourly rate negotiable.
Attorney:
- Letter of Engagement (Attorney)
- C Corp Formation
- Founder Vesting
- IP Assignment
- Letter of Engagement (Accountant)
- Pro forma Financials (3 Year Projections)
- Current financial statements (Statement of Cash Flows, Income Statement (P&L), and Balance Sheet and prepared by a certified accountant)
- Traction Report (Custom report showing company progress/traction in key areas (e.g., # of customers, revenues, clients, etc.)
