Our private real estate products will fund production of housing serving middle and lower income families. Our products save investors time making it easy to profit doing good.
We are preparing to raise a $10 million equity round to launch the platform platform and initial real estate fund. We will then capitalize our initial real estate projects through two or three single asset private placements.
Our real estate products include single asset notes, single asset preferred equity, fund equity units and platform equity units. Products will be issued through Reg D private placements utilizing a 506(b) registration exemption leverage our private placement market.
We have begun developing two distribution channels including direct (institutions, family office and individuals) via our private market and indirectly through broker-dealers. Both will leverage our private placement market.
We need help building and executing a plan.
