We are a middle market PE firm evaluating a leading provider of OEM & aftermarket solutions for the aerospace market. Company is diversified across 2 business units: i) OEM Manufacturing focused on manufacturing complex components for the engine hot section & fuel management and ii) MRO services – including comprehensive testing, repair, overhaul & modification of engine systems for the aftermarket.

We need an advisor to help us:
-diligence the company/investment opportunity
-vet company’s growth plan, strategy & operations
-have a strong understanding of aerospace market, particularly on OEM manufacturing side for engine & MRO services
-discuss, understand competitive market dynamics & threats
-understanding companies like EDAC, Whitcraft, B&E group, Numet, MB Aerospace, etc
-evaluate tuck-in acquisition opportunities & strategy
-do the 2 business units fit together long-term? Are there benefits/cross-selling opportunities to keeping them together?

Engagement length likely would be 1 week – 1 month depending on how we progress in the process.
-attend initial management meeting, conduct follow-up due diligence & produce written summary report
