I need a financial model built for a start up real estate business that purchases delinquent tax liens/deeds. I'm looking to raise $3M from an angel investor so I need a model that can be used to determine different metrics an investor would want to see (i.e. cash on cash return, equity yield, etc.).
Additional Notes
Someone with experience with raising capital and someone who speaks the language of private equity and hedge funds. I'm going to be pitching this business to those types of investors. Preferred Skills and Certifications
