Interim Support & Leadership - Strategy Consultant
Need someone right around the EM level level to provide thought development on the following engagement. Assess base business and go forward strategy of the target by analyzing market size, growth vs risk drivers, bench-marking business fundamentals to similar firms, and develop an informed view of likelihood of growth strategy success.

This person will be working directly with a Director and will oversee one maybe two analysts found through SpareHire.

Workstreams:
Market sizing, including actual size estimates, as well as defining and assessing key drivers of growth
- Nominal market sizing
- Wallet share analysis - for the target’s services, % of annual IT spend is capturable

Competitive differentiation, sustainability of differentiation, & bench-marking against key fundamentals (public & private)

This is an extremely information sensitive project so an NDA will be required and there will be a high preference for people local to Boston.
Additional Notes
Experience EM level consultant who has experience running a small team and can most importantly add to our thought development project.

IT Service Provider knowledge preferred.
