Finance & Accounting - M&A Transaction Readiness
As part of a growth programme with one of our clients in the Energy sector, we are assessing the debt market for potential funding options, for a clean energy portfolio.
The consultant would be working with our team and ideally have:
1) Recent work experience in international debt markets
2) Direct experience in raising or lending funds in the renewable energy space and/or for other 'green' infrastructure projects
3) A deep understanding of the funding landscape in emerging markets (preference for experience with funders in South or East African markets)
4) Ability to review typical lending terms across types, geographies and currencies of lenders (inc. currency hedging)
5) Well versed in raising funds from European and/or other international Development Funding Institutions
