Deep dive into a 2000 person customer file to understand cohort and purchase behavior and identify 3-4 cohorts for direct email marketing campaigns. Goal is to help company identify targeted groups for repeat purchase campaigns.
Additional Notes
Someone who has used simple pivot tables to properly clean customer data and identify core cohorts. Ideally could also help make a tool for us to use in the future for similar analysis.
