We are building a credit card issuer in North America and would like someone to help build a process flow and map of the entire end to end credit card operations (experience with Canadian banking/credit cards, ideally). This would begin with the application process, KYC compliance, credit decisioning matrix/scorecards/tree, approval, card fulfillment, card portfolio management and maintenance, customer support, collections, and so on.
This process flow / operations manual will be used to help guide our product and technology team and ramp up new employees.
We'll need someone who has managed a credit card portfolio before and knows the details, process flows, and high-level strategy of what needs to be done from a product/technology side to launch a credit card.
Canadian credit card portfolio experience is preferred but not necessary.
