Our group is raising money to develop several agro-industrial facilities in Sub-Saharan Africa. These facilities will be constructed to produce dried fruit for export to the U.S. and EU.
We wrote a 50-page business plan last year, but are now looking to hire someone to help us make improvements to the document:
We would like to design a training program for an organization that we will hire (i.e. an NGO, university, etc.) to educate local employees and members of the local communities in Africa on topics such as food safety (with respect to HAACP and EUROGAP standards), sanitation prevention measures, organic farming methods, entrepreneurship and women empowerment.
The paper will need to briefly summarize the scope of our project (this will be easy because I will supply you with the business plan), why food safety/sanitary prevention is very important to our operation, and then present the plans for the training program described above.
