Interim Support & Leadership
A large healthcare provider in the bay area will be converting / integrating about 15 clinics located in San Francisco down to Redwood City, and converting 60-75 providers and additional clinic staff over to their employment / management / processes.
We need a clinical SME lead the Clinic operations due diligence, integration planning & execution. Facilitate or conduct assessment of workflows, clinic location safety & signage, infection control practices, environment of care, etc. Partner with Affiliate Integration workstreams to provide Epic requirements, HR requirements, etc.

Additional Notes
Must have experience in leading / managing / administering outpatient clinics (primary or specialty) within a healthcare system. Preference for clinical background
