CFO level reporting and processes needed for a fast growing marketing and technology company.

Our company is experiencing substantial revenue growth. For 3 or 4 years we had been pretty stable at $5 - $5.5 million in sales. In 2015 we hit $7.9 million and in 2016 will hit $13.1 million. We believe we have the opportunity to grow faster if we can figure out how to utilize our strong cash position. We have a somewhat unique business model. Our clients pay us up front for the services we will provide over the coming month or months. We are needing help with budgeting for growth as well as forecasting and creating a cash flow forecast. We hope to be able to better use our strong cash flow to grow the business without the need for outside investments or loans. We have strong accounting processes in place but not as strong finance processes in place.
