We are a boutique firm that focus on smaller deals, looking for an experienced banker to follow-up with investors to find interested parties in firms for which we raise capital (targets are venture firms) and for firms where are sell side representatives (contacts are typically PR firms and corporate strategic buyers). Current clients include a Smart Textile and Wearables firm in Scandinavia that is opening a US HQ in September doing a Series A ($5mm) raise; the same firm also may need a short term convertible note; an online media company that is exploring both raising capital for growth and considering a sale (Revenue's $2.5mm); An equipment and supply company that wants to sell, ~$20MM in revenue and roughly 20% EBITDA/SDE. Managing General partner has reached out to investors, this role is to follow-up and secure interest and ultimately investors.
