Lead current state and improved future state workshops for HR operations business processes. Document flow to step level necessary for Workday job aid creation.

Key Requirements:
• Experience conducting current and future state business process mapping workshops
• Solid knowledge of HR business processes
• Some understanding of Workday HR transactions
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Well-versed in Visio

Duration will be flexible based on client pace, likely averaging about 20-24 hours/week. Most work will be performed on site. Approximate start date is 4/1.
