Business Planning & Strategy for Growing Digital Media Company

I started a company about a year or so ago, after freelancing for a couple months right after college. The business took on a life of its own, as far as - I ended up with more than I could take on, with no real business knowledge. I really need someone to help me with the business side or at least aid in constructing a model that will help me grow and take on more to come. I am looking for someone as soon as possible.
