Business Plan for an Early-Stage Subsidiary of Cloud Computing Business (emphasis on initial 12-18 months)

We have a subsidiary that is in the venture stage. It has developed a highly-differentiated technology foundation that could be hugely disruptive to the IT sector. We need someone that is intimately familiar with preparing proper business plans, ideally for companies that sit within larger organizations but are essentially early-stage operations to assist the CEO of this subsidiary in putting together a formal business plan for us to present to our Board of Directors (not for raising capital).
The right person will check the following boxes:
- very strong presentation (PPT, Excel, and Word) skills
- very strong with market analysis and competitive intelligence
- have some experience in the cloud computing vertical
- help with a simple, yet fundamentally sound set of quant. projections
- effectively communicate / think through how multiple functional workflows will effectively operate together
- HAVE SUFFICIENT BANDWIDTH TO GET THE PLAN COMPLETED BY APRIL 20TH
