We need to write a Business Plan that projects our strategies and plans for growth.
Also, as part of the requirements for Federal Government Agencies' application, companies need to show the proof of their future Growth Plan with regards to their Financial, operations and the volume of the projects and work (in this case loans) done.
Therefore, we need a plan that is eventually a part of our Business Plan that predicts how future holds in terms of operations & financial projections with doing business with federal Government agencies like Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae.
Where we see our company to be based on the potentials we have and the plans we set in place.
