Looking for an IT business analyst to support a refresh of reporting processes for the global patient enrollment/retention arm of a large CRO. We need to improve our suite of operations reporting (tracking patient engagement, spend/cost allocation, conversion funnel, other KPIs) both from an internal and external (i.e. client facing) perspective.
While our IT team will be involved with building out the reports, we need someone to provide hands on, tactical support throughout the process, which will include interviews with stakeholders, deep dives into various systems/reporting platforms, research into current reports vs. what the required reports look like, etc.
The duration for this project is somewhere between 6-9 months, and candidates local to the Philadelphia are are highly preferred.
