We are looking for an experienced analyst with IB or PE experience to play a strong team-oriented support role for a project in the International Film / TV sector.
Your role will be to support the company, industry experts, and bankers to prepare analysis and materials to support the contemplated transaction.
**Specifically, we need someone with domain expertise in film that understands the film distribution industry landscape, economics of this industry, and has a strong technical understanding of the core aspects of executing an M&A transaction.
