We are building a transaction-level profitability model using the Time Driven Activity Based Cost framework for a transportation distribution company. Familiarity with transportation or warehouse operations are helpful, but not helpful. We have used a combination of python, SQL and Quantrix (uses an Excel-like interface -- if you know Excel well, you will pick-up Quantrix quickly). Must be willing and able to take ownership of a mostly-completed model, and a) scale the model from 1 facility to 20, and b) make adjustments as necessary based on client needs.
The engagement has substantial support from expert modelers that have been intimately involved in model development and are thoroughly familiar with its structure. They are not full-time, however.

Additional Notes
Familiarity with building a transaction-level cost model (activity based or similar). SQL, Python familiarity are very helpful. Quantrix experience is not required, but must be willing to learn. Preferred Skills and Certifications
