Corporate Strategy & Development - Strategy Development
Update and apply new template to 2015 road map deck. Add charts, graphs and sourced articles relative to improvements to Marketing Execution and Operations. New areas of responsibility need to be incorporated. Looking to kick off 3/11 and wrap up by 3/20. I would like to add a financial element goal overall to drive cost savings for the organization. On vacation and have flexibility for conference calls at scheduled times or impromptu if needed.
