2-Phase Modeling & M&A Support for Renewable Energy Company

Global Leaf Energy Corp is a renewable energy company focused on growing Bio-feedstock for the development of Biofuels. We are in the process of starting two projects-one is to supply up to 1.2 MMT per year of energy oil seeds to one buyer and the other is to develop a complete Biofuel Supply Chain consisting of feedstocks, a refinery and the production and supply of 45 million gallons of B-100 Bio-diesel fuel.

The second project is to help company through an acquisition of a shell company. We need assistance restructuring the shell company, going back to market, and creating the collateral and strategy to raise capital.

We need a consultant with experience in biofuels to help create financial models, budgets, forecasts and projections for our business. We also need someone who understands the acquisition process and how to turn said acquisition around.
