MedCircle is an early stage start-up company currently building a health education platform to educate, inform and empower health care providers and consumers with verified health content. I am a member of the core team responsible for bringing the product to market and acquiring users. I also manage all financial and operational matters of the business including HR and Legal.

TransferSoft is a technology start-up with a proprietary software product that allows for rapid data transfer of large data files. As COO, I was personally responsible for all financial and operational activities of the business.

I was a Manager in the Finance & Operations team that supported the Office of the CEO of Deloitte Consulting. In this role, I led strategic analyses of Deloitte Consulting’s key business issues and emerging trends, building complex financial models and using Tableau data visualization tools. Created presentations and discussion materials for the CEO and Board of Directors of Deloitte Consulting, including content on financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and strategic priorities.

Led execution of M&A transactions with an aggregate deal value of over $1 billion. Built sophisticated financial models to evaluate M&A deals across industries with different drivers and complexities, demonstrating ability to quickly adapt to new situations and tackle complex problems. Demonstrated expertise delivering financial and strategic advice to the executive suite, driving complex financial analysis, managing teams, and ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Managed quarterly valuation of investment assets for $3 billion private equity firm; coordinated across a team of 65 analysts to update financial models and develop materials for the Board of Directors.

As a Financial Analyst in the Financial Advisory Services team, I performed various financial analysis for capital transactions and assisted in rendering opinions for M&A transactions, solvency, ESOP, and general business advisory purposes. I regularly researched and analyzed financial statements, economic and industry trends, acquisitions and divestitures and various investment attributes of publicly traded and privately held securities and build complex financial models.
