• Managed a team of 3 people responsible for developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts (cost base in excess of $300M), setting and measuring profitability targets, preparing monthly presentations for the Board of Directors, and evaluating key growth initiatives.
• Designed key elements of new strategic planning framework based on collectively defined criteria in an effort to seamlessly link long-term strategic goals with desired financial outcomes.

• Promoted to a newly developed role responsible for determining the financial viability of new projects and acting as the primary strategy liaison to the executives at Disney’s headquarters in Burbank, CA.
• Managed a $30M budget for Program Operations, Graphics, and Advertising which included developing financial and strategic business plans for future campaigns, forecasting, and analyzing results.

• Built financial models to test forward looking revenue, operating income, and cash flow sensitivities to various market scenarios.
