Provided seamless end-to-end advisory services to clients, from understanding their situation and financial position to advising on optimal financing structure and terms, to ultimately obtaining competitive offers and securing the financing. Initially working in Calgary (1.5 years) then transferring to London (2.5 years), I primarily focused on oil & gas, working on 18 transactions, including buyside and sellside M&A, IPOs, Equity Private Placements, HY Debt Issuances, Refinancings and Credit Ratings. I also created and presented client presentations and detailed valuation analyses; built operating, three statement, valuation, LBO and accretion/dilution models and conducted comparable company and precedent transaction analyses.
