Analysis driven recommendations lead to staffing changes, the firing of third parties and the internalization of property management. Internalization lead to significant increases in occupancy and collections. Also presented CEO with disposition analysis which lead to asset sales.

Lead Regional acquisitions for Private Equity Fund and REIT. Sourced and lead investment underwriting and deal presentation for $53MM in office and industrial acquisitions. Lead creation of detailed market overviews and trophy asset lists based on micro detailed Co Star absorption, vacancy and rent data. Completed in excess of 300,000 SF of lease transactions.

Lead business plan analysis and execution for a diverse portfolio of assets including office, industrial, multifamily, residential land, senior housing and hotel. Completed and helped create semi annual hold/sell analysis template for all assets in my portfolio. Lead disposition recommendation and sale of more than $500 million in commercial assets and $250 condominium sales. Created asset optimization model used by executive committee and incorporated into fund rollups.
