I create and deliver the Finance curriculum for Launch, a summer entrepreneurship program run by MIT.

• Enterprise Cost Reduction: Assisted global CPG client in Business Process Outsourcing initiative. Created baseline analysis, RFPs, and pricing model for negotiating a $45M contract with outsourcing vendors
• Org Design: Developed recommendations for Consumer Experience operating model redesign of 3.4M member health plan provider. Created new organization design, corporate governance strategy, and implementation roadmap
