I built out and managed all business functions (Legal, Finance, HR, IT) for Immunovant subsidiary until the hiring of C-suite leadership. Most recently, as acting Head of HR and IT, I led various process improvement initiatives with an emphasis on scalability and efficiency.
Previously, as part of the Roivant parent organization, I managed various large-scale system implementations across numerous subsidiaries.

As part of the Finance organization, I was responsible for Model S/X Exteriors. I initiated and managed cost reduction projects, in collaboration with engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing. For the Model 3 program, I created a complete plan of record for all NVH content and directed materials choice evaluation for optimal performance, weight, and cost package.

I was the owner of exhaust system component re-design as part of a military program project team. Responsibilities included: conceptual design, definition of engineering requirements, analysis, manufacturing strategy, and ground test monitoring. I also collaborated with manufacturing and assembly to lead process improvement initiatives that resulted in reduced lead time and cost and increased first-time yield on exhaust system parts.
