Subject matter expert in the structure, content and creation of the Firm’s resolution plan, integral to 4 annual submissions to the Federal Reserve and FDIC

Program Manager for Core Banking Replacement project, an $18MM program that replaced and upgraded 35 banking applications and enhanced over 200 processes and services in Commercial and Private Banking organizations

Leadership of the Enterprise Technology & Operations PMO, which enabled consistent and standardized project, program and portfolio management and reporting across 9 technology divisions. Drove creation of portfolio/program structure, process improvement, project and program standards as well as PM training and career framework

Managed several large-scale technology programs and initiatives, including the turnaround of a multi-stream, cross business initiative (100 people/20 departments/ $5MM budget) that replaced application that processed over $74B daily as well as two CEO-sponsored initiatives that consolidated client performance data across the Fixed Income,Equity and Investment Banking Divisions and targeted revenue synergies by managing collaboration revenue capabilities of $5B

Creation and leadership of the Strategic Initiatives Team PMO, consisting of 28 project managers responsible for over 140 technology projects, including several large-scale, cross-team initiatives and acquisitions as well as establishment of the processes and guidelines for project management. Initially, turned around troubled project integral to the acquisition of another banking platform.
