Each year, our group produced more than 40 invitation-only events with the who’s who in finance, business and politics. I helped develop the business plan and budget, and set financial targets for sales and operations. I built and led an audience sales department that surpassed revenue targets within my first year at the company. I also implemented operational efficiencies.
