We invest privately in select opportunities: Ownership interests include Solar leasing company; energy merchant bank; Aviation MRO; Casual dining restaurants; Premium alcoholic beverage company; and a Specialty Finance company. We also offer M&A, debt and equity capital fee-based advisory to companies we seek an investment in.

As a senior investment banker, I helped lead the efforts of Citi's financial technology investment banking practice focusing on client's M&A, debt and equity capital markets needs. Some of my clients at the time included, American Express, Mastercard, FundTech, E*Trade, First Data, KKR, etc.

Capital Z is a leading global private equity firm focused on financial services buyouts having invested more than $2.9B over 20 years. I sourced, led and executed a number of investments across a wide range of industries within the financial services sector.
I consistently received highest performance reviews and compensation. I left in 2010 because there was very little activity post the financial crises.

During my business school summer, I worked on Morgan Stanley's special situations desk working within Technology Long/Short Equity and Risk Arbitrage. I conducted fundamental analysis, interviewed analysts and management teams throughout industry value chains to form investment opinions and positions within the global technology sector and risk arbitrage strategies. I received an offer to work on both desks.

Endurance Specialty Holdings is a leading reinsurance company. I was one of its early founding members. Responsibilities included:
- Worked with Board of Directors (TPG, Perry Capital, Capital Z) on return generating opportunities
- Oversaw $1.2B investment portfolio’s monitoring and reporting process
- Completed $400M book of business acquisition of HIG Re
- Completed $2.0B of capital initiatives, including an IPO, a secondary offering, and 3 credit offerings
