To develop and lead a Project Finance Infrastructure and Advisory Practise for ICBC, the largest bank in the world. Specifically originate, qualify and transact advisory and balance sheet credit investments including structuring deals, negotiating term sheets, building financial models and analysis, presenting to Credit Committee.

Leading deal teams in structuring transactions and successfully raising financing for highly political, key infrastructure assets. Key transactions included; Pennsylvania Rapid Bridges, I-77 Virginia, Florida I-4, Indianna Toll Road, Long Island University Paramount Theatre

Originated, syndicated and distributed $12billion in assets including full underwrite and strategic sell down. Innovated structuring evolution in P3 transactions in the Australian market that included proprietary credit enhanced structures to close deals post GFC.
Successfully created and managed ABN AMRO infrastructure equity fund. Specifically my responsibility was to lead the Financial Modelling efforts.

Created and audited financial models as part of an advisory team to help client’s complete structured transactions. These included operational and debt finance/equity models for;
