I founded a company to visit patients in the home after being discharged from the hospital to prevent their readmission. We reduced readmission rates 38% for Congestive Heart Failure patients. We sold our product & service to hospitals and insurers as a population health play.

I was the 12th employee of Castlight Health. It grew to 500 during my tenure and IPO'ed shortly thereafter. I set foundational product strategy, built business cases, built new features, optimized product features, marketed products, and took a new product from concept to launch for 1.5M consumers which grew to 16M. I was responsible for engagement and shopping & community features. Castlight builds price & quality transparency products for consumers and employers.

I developed corporate strategy plans for Fortune 500 companies. My work focused on healthcare insurers and providers, however, I also completed projects in financial services and consumer.
