− Royal Caribbean: As part of a strategic PMO, partnered with the cruise line to drive operational efficiency, implementing a range of cost-saving measures across the fleet prior to post-COVID-19 service resumption

Working with various C-suite executives to to assess the impact from various corporate actions including M&A and internal restructuring. Developed flexible financial models to evaluate the impact of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), and recapitalizations.

Worked with eBay's Marketplaces FP&A and Shipping Finance teams. Led finance initiatives on new global shipping program (GSP) - partnered with product development, controllership, and various business units to create five year financial plans. Key participant for 2014 strategic planning for global shipping P&L worth $65M.

Analyzed, sourced and monitored long/short credit opportunities – asset classes included 1st/2nd lien term loans, high yield bonds; Reviewed credit agreements, indentures for covenants, carve-outs and issues pertinent to specific deals; Managed $150 million book of investments in credit universe; Developed and maintained a strong network with sell-side credit research analysts, investment bankers, and outside counsel to review new bank/bond deals

Performed all aspects of financial valuation including LBO, DCF, comparable company analysis, sum-of-the-parts; Promoted to Associate after completing 3rd year of analyst position; Developed creative capital structures for non-investment grade/high yield companies; Interacted with numerous potential investors in high yield securities during drive-by bond deals
