Taught courses in the College of Computing and Software Engineering - Software Engineering and Game Development Department. Courses include: Intro to Software Engineering, Software System Requirements, Software Architecture & Design, Software Testing & Quality Assurance, and Professional Practices & Ethics. Also, served as a capstone advisor and client working with Software Engineering seniors to implement industry-sponsored development projects utilizing Agile process methodologies.

Lead project management responsibilities for Mobility and Wireline Retail Supply Chain operations, supporting a custom suite of applications with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 at its core. Oversaw the implementation of the initial release of Oracle Fusion Revenue Management (cloud and on-premises), and related RevRec projects, 
to ensure compliance with FASB Revenue Recognition accounting standards.

IT team leadership and release management for corporate systems supporting HR, Accounting, Finance and Supply Chain operations. Provided expert technical direction for Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) 11i application support, reporting, interfaces, and custom extension development. Managed projects, monthly software releases, SaaS integrations, and third-party vendor relationships.

Directed all business operations for an educational services company, including: Finance, Marketing, Sales, Hiring, Training and Client Satisfaction. Implemented and administered turnkey technology programs (software, curriculum, and educators) to teach computer skills in partner schools.

Managed on-shore and off-shore teams responsible for Oracle E-Business Suite. Directed all interface, conversion and custom development efforts for Oracle Financials 11.0.3 implementation, and planned the subsequent upgrade to 11i. Also, led the team responsible for a data center migration from GA to NY, also Unix to Linux (U2L), as part of a corporate acquisition.
